By accessing or using Laxy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any modifications we may make.

2. Age Requirement

Laxy is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use Laxy. We do not knowingly allow users under 18 to create accounts or use our services.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on Laxy. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content within the App for the purpose of providing our services.

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights to your content
Your content does not infringe on the rights of others
Your content complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines

5. Community Guidelines & Zero Tolerance Policy

We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive community. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for the following:

Strictly Prohibited Content & Behavior

Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind
Hate speech, discrimination, or targeted attacks based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
Violence, threats, or incitement to harm others
Explicit sexual content or pornography
Content depicting or exploiting minors in any way
Illegal activities or encouragement of illegal behavior
Spam, phishing, or malicious content
Impersonation of others
Distribution of personal information without consent (doxing)
Content that promotes self-harm or suicide

Enforcement Actions

Violations of these guidelines may result in immediate and permanent account termination, content removal, and reporting to relevant authorities. We do not issue warnings—violators will be banned without exception.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts or systems
Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
Use automated systems to access the App without permission
Collect or harvest any information from the App without consent
Use the App to distribute malware or other harmful code
circumvent any content-filtering systems

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, logos, trademarks, and content provided by us, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

8. Virtual Currency (Pearls)

Laxy may feature virtual currency called "Pearls." Pearls have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Pearls are non-transferable and may be revoked or modified at our discretion. All Pearls are earned through legitimate user activity and cannot be purchased with real money.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms or Community Guidelines
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Requests by law enforcement or government agencies

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, and any content you have posted may be removed.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAXY AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Laxy and its developers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or appropriate legal channels.
